Parmis Bitumen
Parmis Delijan Bitumen Refining Company was registered in 2012 under number 1425. The company has undergone development in three phases and currently operates on a 33,000-square-meter land area with 3,500 square meters of infrastructure. In 2013, the first phase was launched with the goal of producing and exporting waterproofing insulation in compliance with national and international standards, covering approximately 2,500 square meters.
With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and future-oriented growth, Parmis Delijan successfully inaugurated its second phase in 2013, focusing on the mechanized production of various types of bitumen.
In 2019, the company established a barrel and jumbo bag production line, expanding its packaging and export operations under the Parmis brand. The high quality and timely delivery of products have generated significant demand, leading to the launch of the third phase in 2022, increasing production and packaging capacity to 200,000 tons per year.
Currently, the company, supported by experienced experts and personnel, has invested in exports to Central Asia, East Asia, and Africa as its target markets. Products are delivered in bulk, barrels, and jumbo bags via sea, land, and rail transport in the shortest possible time to meet customer demands efficiently.

2011
Establishment
Parmis company was established in 2011after obtaining the necessary permits and with the registration number of 1425.
2012
Operation of the first phase
First, in 2012, by exploiting the first phase, Parmis company began to produce all kinds of waterproof insulation (isogam).
2014
Second phase operation
At the beginning of 2014, Parmis Company started producing and packing all kinds of bitumen in the second phase of its activities.
2017
Export
In addition to supplying the domestic markets, Parmis has been engaged in exporting all kinds of bitumen to other countries since 2017.
2021
Phase Sum Carrier
With the implementation of the third phase in 2021, Parmis production reached its highest level and the area of the company increased to 40,000 square meters.
